These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "User") and s36bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the s36bet website located at https://s36bet.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and support features.

To register and maintain an account on s36bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a legal entity, trust, or third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of s36bet or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously had an account permanently closed by s36bet for a breach of these Terms.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on s36bet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used across other online services.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify s36bet immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Understand that s36bet will never contact you requesting your password under any circumstances.

s36bet shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where the breach of security is attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

All deposits on s36bet are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment channels are supported: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. s36bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers, banking systems, or network outages.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability, take priority in processing. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods from which a deposit has previously been received. Any activity suspected of constituting money laundering or fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the Account will be suspended pending investigation.

s36bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, Mix Parlay insurance, and the six-tier VIP Loyalty Programme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion.

• Bonuses may only be used by the Account holder to whom they are credited and are not transferable.
• Each promotion specifies an eligible game list. Wagers placed on ineligible games do not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
• Bonus funds are automatically applied in the order specified by the Platform; real-money balance is used last unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed without replacement.
• s36bet reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds in the event of suspected abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms.

The VIP Loyalty Programme comprises six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Tier progression is determined by verified monthly turnover figures. All VIP perks, including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and account management access, are reviewed monthly and adjusted in accordance with the Player's active tier. Royal Black Diamond tier is invitation-only and not accessible through standard progression.

By placing bets or participating in games on s36bet, you acknowledge that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be altered, cancelled, or reversed after acceptance, except in circumstances of a manifest technical error acknowledged by s36bet.
• s36bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds arising from a pricing error, system fault, or data feed failure. Affected Players will be notified and original stakes returned.
• For sports betting markets, results are determined by the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant sport. In cases of dispute, s36bet's decision is final.
• Live betting lines are subject to suspension during periods of match uncertainty (e.g., VAR review, injury stoppages). Bets placed before suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be correct for the parlay to win. A void selection may be treated as a non-runner and the parlay recalculated accordingly, as per the specific rules of the active promotion.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently reviewed to ensure fair and random results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on s36bet. Any User found to have engaged in the below activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals without recourse:

• Creating, operating, or using more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, whether to manipulate game outcomes or to share information in live dealer games.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds for financial gain without reporting them to s36bet immediately.
• Engaging in charge-back procedures with a payment provider in bad faith after wagering deposited funds.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including by sharing credentials.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law.

s36bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The Account holder has failed to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• The Account holder is under the age of 21.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

Where an Account is closed for cause (i.e., a breach of these Terms), any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an Account is closed by the Player voluntarily, or by s36bet without cause, any verified remaining Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

s36bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable.

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
